I’ve loved real food long before the term “foodie” even existed, and recently decided to make healthful living and eating a primary focus in my life. In early 2009 I had my “ah-ha!” moment, and started eating better and exercising regularly. It instantly started changing my life for the better, and I wouldn’t shut up about it. I now write at Eating Rules to help others find the same joy in healthful food. I also lead the annual October Unprocessed challenge, with a goal of helping as many people as possible eliminate processed foods from their diets. The October 2013 challenge shattered our record, with more than 16,600 people signing the pledge to join in!
