Am Ssebandeke Ashiraf an advocate for people living with Sickle cell Disease in Uganda - East Africa. I am a Co-founder and Executive Director of Action Against Sickle Cell Disease an advocacy organisation that aspire to change the lives of people living with sickle cell disease. I am also an Award winner of Sickle Cell 101 International Sickle Cell Advocate of the Year Award, 2015. I have travelled a number of countries to spread awareness about sickle cell disease.
