The Well Nest

Patient Leader

Valeria is a serial multi-tasker, personal trainer, health coach and new mama. Her passion for wellness began as a personal journey to live with vitality and balance before founding health hub The Well Nest. The Well Nest is a place to nourish, learn and grow. Here you can discover new ways of creating health, wellness and balance in your busy life. The Well Nest helps you discover a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means looking at all aspects of your life and how they are all connected. Valeria doesn't dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. You will never see lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, Valeria works with her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Becoming a Personal Trainer and Health Coach grew out of a personal journey that changed my life for the better. I hope that through my work, I can inspire others to find health, balance, and most importantly be able to wake up every morning and love the person they see in the mirror. I obtained my Certificate III & IV in Fitness at the Australian Institute of Fitness in Sydney. I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I am also currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) at Endeavour College of Natural Health. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in fitness and holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
