Jennifer has worked tirelessly for almost ten years, beginning with Fibro Fighterz, a website to help Fibromyalgia sufferers come together. Since then, it has blossomed into Positivity In Pain, an all inclusive community for those living with all kinds of chronic illnesses and diseases. She works hard for her community and deserves to be nominated.  — Robin
