Roxanne has over the last few years consistently fought to bring awareness to this little known disorder. Suffering from this disorder herself her courage in fighting it is very inspirational and uplifting. She makes me want to do anything I can to help fight this disorder.  — Kenneth

A sufferer of Chronic Pain, Roxanne Dawn is an absolute inspiration in her decision to publicly share her struggle and successes. In addition - while dealing with more pain daily than most should in a lifetime - Roxanne recently created C-R-P-S.org a positive-minded information forum for those in pain. It's great and was long-needed. Go, Roxanne!!!  — Danielle

Roxanne feels so strongly about this disease that she started this forum. She is also one of the most inspiring people. You cannot but help her in fighting this disease that is often misdiagnosed.

Shes an awesome survivor living with CRPS. Her drive to set a goal that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning. Reminds myself and others to break it down into smaller, more feasible goals, & don't forget to check them off as you accomplish them! And it helps my depression.  — Douglas

She's a survivor who helps get the word out in a tremendous way in her community. Positive individual who has a caring and generous heart. Her work and advocacy for this disease has helped many struggling with this disease.

She is the reason I found so many spoonies online that have the rare disease CRPS/RSD. I suffer from this disease and it is rare so its nice to have someone advocating for me.  — Allison

She has a rare disease, and advocates for the awareness for this rare condition. She cares for more than herself!  — Walter

CRPS Advocate, Founder & CEO of www.crpsforum.com at CRPS Forum  — Ken

Roxanne Dawn is the leader and creater of the non-profit organization CRPS Forum. She has the greatest passion I have ever seen to raise awareness for CRPS and raise research money for CRPS. She has the clearest focus and has amazingly put together many, many awareness and fundraiser events. The CRPS Community is more than lucky to have her!  — devyn

I am nominating CRPS Forum because personally when I was diagnosed with CRPS it was the first place I went to. Roxanne Dawn had created an amazing community of people that is welcoming to all! People are able to engage and connect with others on the forum, learn about CRPS, and take action to be an active part of the community and become a leader.  — devyn

Roxanne started the CRPS Forum in Sept 2017 and has vigorously advocated for better awareness of this chronic disease.  — Ken

This patient has organized and planned events, created a forum, and established a non profit to help educate and communicate with others with the same affliction!  — Walter
