Founder of non profit The DREAM Institute. POLSC degree from OSU & MPA from OU. 20 years with Federal Govt. RA all my life, Fibro dx in 2012. Kristy Long began her fifteen years of public service with U.S. Senator David L. Boren. She has both a Bachelor degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration. Her inspiration for the institute comes from a battle with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis(JRA),since the age of two. Kristy has been an advocate for JRA and those with disabilities, which includes testifying before Congress for additional funding for research. Kristy has an extensive career in politics and education. Kristy is writing her autobiography and a children's book entitled "I Am Beautiful". Kristy encompasses the NEVER GIVE UP motto of The DREAM Institute. The DREAM Institute was formed to assist the educational success of students with disabilities. The institute continues as an all volunteer organization.
