Erin Smith is positive, thorough, does a fabulous job vetting gluten-free products, gets the word out promptly without nonsense in a most credible way. She leads one of the largest celiac meetup groups, NYC. She's connected and kinetic. On top of all, she's an inspiring example of living/coping with celiac since she's been doing so over 30 years. — K
