Patient Leader

At age 47, I was stunned to learn I have an ADHD brain! Since then, I discovered that I am not alone. Thousands of midlife are diagnosed with ADHD when estrogen changes "peel back the covers" on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Later life diagnoses means we're coping, but still feel we aren't living up to our potential. So I created the ADDiva Network to support ADHD women 40-and-better - with coaching, retreats, webinars and a huge ADHD Women's Palooza online. My book, "Confessions of an ADDiva - midlife in the non-linear lane" won first prize for women's issues. I have hosted a 700-member local ADHD support group for ADHD adults since 2013. "Never a dull moment" for us!
