A 30 Minute Life

Patient Leader

Diagnosed 26 years ago with relapsing remitting Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 23 I have experienced the impact of chronic illness on health, work and relationships. Fortunately I was in remission for 10 years until four years ago I was in a car accident. As a result I have been in constant pain. After trying many painkillers I now rely on meditation, journaling and daily gratitude to help me cope. My MS, as a result of the accident trauma, has exacerbated to secondary progressive MS. My mobility has deteriorated too. On my blog, Twitter and Facebook I share my adventure with chronic illness.
