I have struggled with mental for many years and after getting help and fully working my recovery I wanted to give back. I wanted to help others who might be struggling and let them know they aren’t alone. I started a mental health organization called The Nightingale Project which works to educate college students on mental health and also help those in need. I am also coordinating the Cleveland NEDA walk in September and raising funds for them for eating disorder research and awareness. I have a recovery instagram where I share my journey in hopes that it will inspire others to be honest and ask for help if needed.
