Kristine Kersting @ A Life Well Red

Patient Leader

In December of 2014 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS). It was during this time the true genesis of ‘A Life Well Red’ was formed. I discovered millions of people living with and suffering through what are called: ‘invisible’ chronic illnesses. These diseases go widely unrecognized and unacknowledged, because we don’t ‘look’ sick. However, they are anything but invisible to us and the ones we love. It is my goal to continue to bring legitimacy and understanding to these conditions through; educating with the facts / healthy living/ and hopefully, humor! Chronic Illness Is Not An 'End', Just Another Unexpected 'Beginning' ~

I have been following A Life Well Red since day one. Kristine is continually researching to stay up to date and informed. I am confident knowing that if there is new research or studies released in the fields that Kristine follows she will be the first to investigate and share the legitimacy of her findings. A perfect blend of health, food & humor!  — Stacy

Kristine is always looking to improve the lives of those with this condition, from new advances to healthy food. Her interest in educating and helping those suffering from this disease is truly an inspiration to those of us not fully aware of the day to day trials people struggle through to have a fuller life.  — Connie
