Diagnosed w/ Celiac Disease 28 years ago and have a milk allergy. In 2010 I started One Dish Cuisine by providing safe gluten and allergen free meals to those who desperately need safe food options. I also supply these meals to hospitals. In 2012 I expanded by opening One Dish Cuisine Cafe, Deli & Bakery (the first completely gluten/allergen free cafe, deli & bakery in the US) for those w/ Celiac Disease, food allergies & autism; who must follow diets that are free of Gluten, Milk, Soy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish and Sesame.
