Women on pregnancy bedrest can feel isolated, afraid, anxious and frustrated. KeepEmCookin.com provides a place where women experiencing a high-risk pregnancy can connect with other women who understand exactly what they are going through emotionally and physically. Keep ’Em Cookin’ gives pregnant women the greatest opportunity to prevent preterm birth by giving them access to current information on high-risk pregnancy and by providing an online bed rest support group. Women can connect through the website's forum, through our weekly Live Chats, and on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

The KeepEmCookin website and forums offer both helpful advice and information regarding bedrest and preterm labor as well as support and encouragement from others. Angela does a great job being involved in the forums and in weekly chats. I think it really saved my sanity while I was on bedrest for preterm labor and educated me as to the steps I needed to take to make it to term with my youngest child (now 4 months old!).  — Amy

When you read the posts in Angela's community, you’ll see it is full of success stories, of women who made it to term or near term when their doctors told them they never would. I didn't feel as isolated, knowing I wasn't doing this alone. I couldn't have gotten through bedrest and stayed hopeful without the support of other moms on bedrest.
