I lost my mom in 2006 to hep c and went on to treat with interferon & riba only to be pulled off for non responding. In 2013 got accepted into a trial for late stage livers of solvaldi and riba. I was undetected in 5 days. I have been featured on PBS NEWSHOUR, Second Opinion , everyday health and numerous local news programs sharing my story. I am active in communities across US putting a face and education to the importance of getting tested for hep c My foundation raises funds to help those get treatment and education about hep c.
