President of The Bonnie Morgan Foundation for HCV Both my mom and contracted hep c at my birth from a blood transfusion. I lost my mom in 2006 to hep c and went on to treat with interferon & riba only to be pulled off for non responding. In 2013 got accepted into a trial for late stage livers of solvaldi and riba. I was undetected in 5 days. I have been featured on PBS NEWSHOUR, Second Opinion , everyday health and numerous local news programs sharing my story. I am active in communities across US putting a face and education to the importance of getting tested for hep c My foundation raises funds to help those get treatment and education about hep c. "Not without a FIGHT!~HCV~"

Kim is one of the most upfront and personal advocates out there. She lets her personal fight with hep c be shown and if there is any experience she had not personally went through she will link patient to someone who has. She runs 10 oeprivate online Facebook support groups anything from positive quotes to treatment for hepatitis C.  — Megan
